- Get enough rest and drink plenty of fluids to combat tiredness and constipation.
- Avoid tight clothing around waist and legs to reduce varicose veins. Also, put feet up whenever possible and limit time standing on feet to help reduce swelling.
- To help heartburn; eat frequent, small meals. Avoid spicy and greasy foods. Don’t lie down right after eating. This also helps if you are experiencing morning sickness.
